How long will my order take?

Current dispatch times are displayed in the banner at the top of this page. 

Unpersonalised greeting cards, decorations and other items are dispatched within 1-3 business days, but in busy seasons (such as Christmas) this can increase to 3-5 business days. Orders are packed and posted Monday to Friday.

Personalised cards are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days but if you need something urgently please contact me to check lead-times, I can often accommodate. 

Personalised decorations/ornaments are dispatched within 2-5 days.

Multiple Item Orders - Please note that if you order numerous listings on one order the processing time with the longest duration is the one to go by. 

How long does delivery take?

Your orders are sent from Switzerland using Swiss Post, a postal service which has won numerous awards for its speed and reliability. 

Orders to Switzerland are sent via B Post, with the option to upgrade to A Post. Most items go as letter post, a midi brief or a maxi brief and without tracking. Larger items and/or bulky orders are classified as parcels are sent B Post and include a tracking code.

All items are posted in hard back envelopes or boxes to keep your items safe and flat during their journey to you. 

You can find the estimated shipping times in the below table. Please note that at busy times of year, such as Black Friday and Christmas, items will take longer to arrive. 

What are the postal costs?

These postage costs are what it costs for us to post your items via Swiss Post, we do not add any extras. Order cut off time is 11:00 am (Swiss time).
